The Fates begin to question what of their memory is real and what is
not. In this they come to a question: is their livelihood keeping them
from truth, from joy? The only escape from this crafted hell is to
forget, to allow themselves to dement beyond recognition. And so
they are left with a choice: remain trapped inside a world they don’t
understand, or free themselves and chase their delusions. At a time
when reality is almost unbearable, is it really worth holding onto?
Could dementia be the final frontier of happiness? Albee meets Camp in this new, absurd dramedy.
